You may not even know what those changes look like yet, but you know something isn’t quite right. You may be feeling anxious and self-critical. You may be having relationship problems at home or at work. You may be feeling blocked, exhausted or stuck.

Or, you may be going through a significant transition in your life (relationship, career, parenthood, grief, financial, mid-life, etc.) and want to give yourself the space to figure out what you really want.

Psychotherapy can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself so you can clearly identify your needs, experience relief from unwanted symptoms, and ultimately feel more balanced and whole.

The work I do with Individuals is personable and collaborative. Together we will explore what is troubling you, what may be getting in the way, and ultimately what you really want. Sometimes psychotherapy is very deep and emotionally cleansing, and at other times it is practical, supportive and educational. The most important part is finding a practitioner you feel comfortable with and with whom you trust in order for your true self to emerge. From that place… anything is possible.
