Being in a relationship can be one of the most joyful and most challenging of endeavors. Clients who come to work on their relationship in therapy typically feel dissatisfied in their relationship due to poor communication, constant fighting, lack of closeness and intimacy, wanting more excitement and companionship, parenting/family challenges, financial stress or infidelity. Couples Therapy can also be useful for couples who are entering marriage and/or a more serious commitment... and want to be proactive in keeping their relationship healthy and becoming better communicators.

My work with couples is interactive and collaborative. I enjoy working in the dynamics of relationships and believe that every relationship can be improved through learning how to relate to each other in a more authentic and non-defensive way and learning more ways to identify and express individual needs in the relationship.
